On May 24th we invite you to 14th edition of Rootsmen Corner cycle. For the second time classic reggae and dub alongside the best modern productions will be played in Black Sheep in downtown. Roots classic from Jamaica and UK, a pinch of rub-a-dub and modern roots spiced up with deep bass pulsation of UK dub – all of those will be provided to you by unified power of Rootsmen Corner hosts in following line-up:

YES JAH, MUSIC WITHOUT ROOTS? NO WAY!! Roots Melody SOUND SYSTEM (Ras Qki, Mic Liper, JR) is an effective tool to spread positive, low vibrations and roots message, basis of which is unity and lack of any prejudices. It is a wall of speakers, sounding, selection and microphone operators and the whole rest of valuable associates, without which any session wouldn’t take place. That collective were born in 2011 in Pabianice in order to spread roots vibration. In 2012 as a result of hard work they have set up their speaker set.
Roots Melody is roots reggae, dub, uk dub selection and a form of acting inspired by great soundsystem masters from UK and Jamaica. It’s a strong sound of bass and drums delivered by their speakers, a rub-a-dub style message on the microphone and, above all, the people who assist the mission by moving their bodies to the rhythm of the music.
