The forthcoming Indica Dubs release (release date 7th of March) brings two great voices and styles over pure session steppa vibes prepared by Indica Dubs. Earl Sixteen’s sweet singing in „Jah is Our Ruler” is followed by well-known Danman’s rub-a-dub style. On the flip side we get two dub versions.
All tracks mixed by Conscious Sounds.
Forthcoming 7” from Indica Dubs brings us UK dub legend Vibronics first time for his label. As usual Steve delivers his unique vibe, warm basslines and beautiful, catchy melodies – all well arranged and mixed in a dubwise fashion. Vibronics style to the max!
Word from Indica Dubs:
„’Dub In The Ghetto’, otherwise originally known as 'Dread Paradise’, was given to me as a dubplate at the start of this year, and I have been playing it at all my sessions. The track name was inspired by the South America tour which I played in June 2016; it was also the final song I played of the tour. The artwork drawn by Ras Mykha, portriats the ghetto favela style areas visited across South America.”

Finally! This track has hit me strong when I was listening debut album by Alpha Steppa. Brazilian singer I-Sarana with her majestic vocal and lyrics on a wonderful, rich riddim with blazing horns. On the release we have previously unreleased versions and additional two heavyweight remixes by Sao Paulo’s High Public Sound. Tune!

Latest releases from ZamZam Sounds bring two visionary dubs. Number #45 with Emperor T AKA Phuture-T comes with pounding, visionary steppa style in „Macka Step Dub” and even faster „Mek It Run Dub”. Release number #46 by Tetrad ships moody, four-to-the-floor „Awaken Dub” on the A side; on the flip side we get really serious hypnotic dubstep, minimal in its form, but massive in reception.

The new album by Resonators is out today. Sweet mix of roots reggae, dub and soul results in a absolutely enjoyable listening experience. The newest Indica Dubs 7” brings as usual strictly sound system vibes. Made with Swedish Shiloh Ites, this marching riddim with strong, pumping bass and drums, is perfectly suited for 18” speakers and crowded, skanking dancefloor. Also very nice melody played by accordion? ads some old-school flavour to this tune. The dub version comes in a proper dubwise manner, the rhythm is emphasized and crossed with spatial, reverbated hits. Well, let’s march to Zion!
